Positive Psychology
Getting into Gallup CliftonStrengths allowed me to witness how powerful it is for people to learn more about themselves, especially what’s right and what’s great about them! In the process, they are able to accept and come to terms with who they are, capitalize on their strengths, and also find ways around what hinders them – the “blocks” or challenges they have. Beyond being more of who they are, I love that I’m able to help people love themselves fully.
This inspired me to pursue Positive Psychology. As a Positive Psychologist, I can empower you with tools and strategies that can lead to a happy and fulfilling life.

Coaching
Coaching is about YOU and your own goals. Each session is tailor-fit to you — what you want to talk about, what gets you going, what your strengths and weaknesses are, and of course what you find valuable to work on during the session.
Each session ends with action steps that help you to move one step closer to your goals and to what would make an impact in your life.
As a coachee, you will benefit from my expertise and experience as an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, and an Applied Positive Psychology Coach.

Workshops
I believe that people are able to better apply what they learn when realizations come from them. This happens a lot in workshops especially when participants have the benefit of hearing other people’s perspectives which resonate and at times, differ from theirs. Learning happens together and participants are able to celebrate each other as well!
I run workshops on Positive Psychology including Strengths-based Development, Well-being, Growth Mindset, Positive Psychology at Work to name a few. I do this In my new company Fearless, Inc. and my other consultancy work.
